It features an indoor swimming pool and fitness suite. But, I may go back now.Sonesta Select Kansas City Airport is located off I-29, just 3 miles from Kansas City Airport. I had recently chosen them as my first choice over Hilton. If anything, they may just not be my first choice any more. but the layouts of these Residence Inns are so convenient. I really don't want to stay at any more Marriott's.
" They told Expedia they would not refund the money because I had two reservations so, Expedia offered to refund my money they charged me but I still got screwed out of 200$!!! I'm still livid.
I see you have two reservations here Ma'am. The MOST significant, and, turned out MOST COSTLY thing, was that after the trip, I was doing my expense report and I noticed Marriott had charged me 500$ and Expedia charged me 387$ (I booked through Expedia)- I was double charged!!! Expedia reached out to Marriott to investigate and was told that that was a No Show charge b/c I had two reservations and didn't show up for one! Yet, when I was checking in, the front desk did not say anything at all about, "Hm. I was like, wow, you didn't thank me for my business. I was buying some chips and a soda and another customer was checking in who was also a Gold Elite member and she thanked him for his business. So any semblance of hospitality I felt, quickly disappeared. The young girl who checked me in was nice and I engaged her just as enthusiastically but then later when I returned to the hotel it was like she had never seen me before. My disappointment lay in one, the lobby staff although they appeared to be friendly and welcoming seemed to be just playing the part. It's nice to have separate living spaces when on travel. And the room had several stains in the bathroom but, I like the layout of these hotels. The hallway floors are very weirdly slanted so that was a bit odd.
